The EL.Cond s.r.l. was founded with the aim to design, build and provide industry and trade of electronic products, particularly for a daily use in our home, in our cars, in our office.

During his working life, the company has been able to differentiate periodically its activities, starting from design and manufacture of remote controls for TV and for opening gates and garage to thermostats, from the production full account of cards for third parties,to the realization of electronic installations for hot tubs, and the design of firefighting equipment both automotive and industry.

It has recently also been approcciate modern communication technologies Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for applications on fire fighting and hot tubs and communication on Canbus for automotive applications, coming to communicate with the outside world.

EL.Cond can be proposed in a competitive market particularly mature and evolved because it has adopted the only ways that today allow you to be successful, that is:

The validity and the technical expertise of the team of designers working for EL.Cond represent the first point to highlight: each of them has reached gradually a long experience in the areas of the home-consumer, the fixed and mobile telephony, power electronics and the internet world, and can therefore give its contribution to propose the best technical solutions to customers, meeting their specific needs.

Flexibility: Only "slender" structures, able to use external resources when needed, can ensure supplies in the face of production requirements low, medium or high, fulfilling not only to the normal needs of customers, but also, as often happens, to the urgencies.

Only in this way, in our opinion, you can reduce costs of products and you can be competitive in the market.

The production capacity is fully commited to out-sourcing, to companies equipped with machines for the mounting of components in SMT and especially of qualified personnel dedicated to working, able to realize with absolute competence all activities, from the setting of production to final tests.

Operators are used to mass-production: have always had to deal with the thousands of pieces, while not forgetting the small amounts.

We would like about it, describe below the potential of men and equipment of each companies that we use.

• Screen printing machines DEK265 automatic and semi-automatic with stencil housing of all sizes.
• Pick and place machines mod. TOPAZ, mod. COMET II and mod. EMERALD PHILIPS responsible for surface mounting of the full range of SMD components and upgraded for the BGA of all sizes. The capacity of the line, although variable depending on the difficulty of the tabs, is shown by the manufacturer of the machines around 10,000 comp. / H per machine.
• Oven recoverable and forced convection of air in 10 stages ERSA, with internal profiling controlled via PC, with transport chain usually used for polymerization of the glue.
• Pure Convection ovens at 10-stage model. CONCEPTRONIC prepared for welding in an inert (nitrogen) with internal profiling controlled via PC and transport knitted.
• Double wave welding ERSA soldering and SMD components PIH.
• Machine for the distribution of the glue mod. I & J Fisnar 500 INC. used for prototyping for small lots of cards to be assembled on top and bottom.
• Climatic chamber for screening environmental with the possibility of cycles having different coefficients of both dew and moisture, operating in a range from -50°C to + 70°C.
• Benches timed relative welders ERSA and WELLER with the necessary to the performance of the welding work and revision.

As regards the assembly and manual welding we are able to deal with the same flexibility and quality productions both large and small, thanks to the possibility of activating external personnel depending on the needs of the moment. The total capacity of the workforce ranges from 2 to 30 people.

We are also equipped for the wiring, placing of automatic machines for cutting and connectorization of the wires, and also carry out works of light metal structural work to support the work of production. The work takes place with the highest quality and attention to technical parameters of reliability and safety.
